Actually, it's a bit different: clones make sense in case the
stonith resource is accessible from all nodes. They do make more
sense if they can fence more than one host :) Though, one can
also run just one copy and that copy should take care of the
stonith operation. Making clones should supposedly make it
more probable that the fencing operation is going to succeed,
though if you monitor stonith resource, one should suffice. Also,
some devices get confused if they receive more than one request
in parallel.
