It probably has nothing to do with the resource.

There used to be bugs in this area, perhaps you ran into one of
those. To check that, you'll have to post hb_report tarball. If
it's too big, please open a bugzilla and attach it there.

Right.

The DC node makes all the decisions. It's internal, don't have
to worry about that.
