The packages *are* on the retail DVDs, since they are dual-layer, and have 
twice the storage capacity.

You could also spin your own custom DVDs with KIWI, containing all of the 
packages you need, as well as custom configuration:

The kernel-bigsmp package has been renamed to kernel-pae, since all kernels 
are now smp-enabled, and it was causing some confusion.
