[Linux-HA] resource only runs on one node

[Navatala]

I knew I should have added something but was not sure which ones, here goes the cib.xml, pe-warn and messages log.

the problem node as you can see from messages log is sles10-node2
I'm wondering if it might be a sticky resource issue

let me know if  I need to add anything else
