Thanks for that hint. Somehow through the installation process, there wasn't created the heartbeat user an d permissionings on /usr/bin/cl_status as well as the owner ship was wrong corrected it to:

-r-xr-sr-x 1 root haclient 134617 16. Mai 20:55 /usr/bin/cl_status

and. I have reinstalled all the rpm's and then suddenly the user hacluster was created of heartbeat-common. I don't now, what I did wrong through the installation, but now everything is installed correctly. Only one thing not, which I have posted now in another thread called "Fedora RPM failure of Heartbeat 2.1.3".
