[Linux-HA] Config Problem - I'm going blind staring at it!

well we tried to allocate it, but for some reason it failed on both  
nodes:

    ip_resource_start_0 (node=mysql-02, call=14, rc=1): Error
    ip_resource_start_0 (node=mysql-01, call=25, rc=1): Error

generally the config seems fine though
