[Linux-HA] remove the node online

this does not remove the node.

yes it removes the entry from the cib, but the nodes in the cib are
populated from heartbeat (not the other way around) and the entry will
return again the next time we query heartbeat.

i think there is a hb_del_node tool that you need to use
