Why is your id for the "primitive" resource ("resource_") other that that for 
the clone ("IP_112")? Normally the primitive resource in a cluster have the 
same ID only a ":0" or ":1" is added.

Leave out all the attributes with mac, i.e. mac and arp_mac and let calculate 
heartbeat the multicast mac address itself. If I leave out that two 
attributes your ressource works for me. Please try that.
