[Linux-HA] Resource tomcat cannot run anywhere

Hi Peter,

fyi, there is also a tomcat agent included with heartbeat now:

  http://hg.beekhof.net/lha/crm-dev/file/tip/resources/OCF/tomcat

if yours does something this one doesn't we'll happily take a patch :-)
