Yes, a couple
There are also people from japan, germany, austria and china (to name
just a few)

Does open source software require an ECCN?
Would seem strange if it did given that anyone anywhere in the world
can grab the source code and build it :-)
But I guess the world doesn't always make a lot of sense.
