The best way to get that is to bug the people running the build  
service to make this a priority... I've asked a number of times already.

While you're at it, you could push them to include x64 as a standard  
target for non-rpm-based distros :-)

Otherwise you can just sign up for an account and grab them yourself.

But realistically, everything you need (except the change log) is in  
the tarball produced by mercurial (eg. http://hg.linux-ha.org/dev/archive/obs-2.1.2-15.tar.bz2
