Hi,

I will send you the diff off the list to keep the traffic low. Of course
I hope the my
changes will be included in the official files. If you like I can write
a small text-only
README_LOAD_BALANCE to be included in the distribution files.

But I would like to have some more people testing it and providing
feedback to me.
