[Linux-HA] cibadmin -Q times out

Hello,

cibadmin -Q times out:

cibadmin -Q
No messages received in 30 seconds.. Aborting

Also, I am not able to get access to Heartbeat via hb_gui. It says: 
"can not get information from the cluster".

>From what I understand my problem is that none of my two nodes is a DC.
Is there a way to set one of the nodes to be the DC? Or is there another
solution to my problem?
