[Linux-HA] status: setting up drbd-8.0.0 and heartbeat-2.0.8

As I read one response "how did you install this", I got to thinking that 
although I had run ./ConfigureMe configure, I did NOT run ConfigureMe 
install....  So I tried that, and although it appears i still need to 
'manually' create a haclient group and a hacluster user (member of 
haclient), after i do that, the BasicSanityCheck now completes.
