[Linux-HA] About the update of the timeout of the monitor

Hi.

I set the timeout of first monitor for 10 second. 

Next, I changed the timeout of the monitor by the command. 

   cibadmin -U -o resource -X '....... timeout="10s" ......' 

I hoped that it was reflected.
But, it is not reflected to a real monitor in timeout time.

Will there be the plan that a change is reflected?
