[Linux-HA] Mailto: - how to use?

Does anyone know s use the MailTo: directive?

The website has the following URL: http://www.linux-ha.org/MailTo but it 
doesn't actually have any content

And google lists a lot of sites with into on the MediaWiki MailTo 
directive, which has nothing todo with Heartbeat
