[Linux-HA] onboard NIC looses IP on reboot

Yes, there is a config for the other NIC as well, but since the other 
NIC doesn't give problems I didn't think it matters. Changing the way 
YaST handles / manages the NIC's didn't make a difference, I have 
already tried that
