"Add groups to already defined resources"? I'm not quite sure I
understand what you mean.
You can of course add any resources - primitive, group, clone,
master_slave - later on, and then tie them to the existing resources you
already have using constraints.
Was that what you were asking?
Yes, groups by default imply collocation and ordering for all the
elements they contain. (Though you could switch this off.)
