I was installing heartbeat on a server without X.  The GUI is not
available.

When I start heartbeat, it shows up in the process list for a couple of
minutes, then disappears.  When I restart heartbeat, the following
sometimes shows up in the logs:

Jan 11 15:24:27 sentinel logd: [924]: info: ha_logd already stopped.

There are no other logs.
