It is exactly as described in
http://www.linux-ha.org/ClusterResourceManager/DTD1.0/Annotated:
type - The name of the ResourceAgent you wish to use.
So if your primitive is of class 'ocf' and the provider 'heartbeat'
the type is the name of the RA located in
'/usr/lib/ocf/resource.d/heartbeat'.
