Hello Vinicius,
For now I haven't seen corrupted tables on this mysql server but if we do find 
one and we can't fix with mysqlcheck -r I keep a hourly backup of every DB.

I don't believe that there is a mechanism that can prevent the DRBD of 
replicating the problem on the other node.
