Thanks for the help.

I'm a litle bit troubled here at work and all the documentation that I'm
writing here is completely in portuguese, so... I'll translate everything
tomorrow and try to post something on the wiki asap.  I'll also try to add
more content after reading the crm/crm-1.0.dtd

Just one more question. Is the heartbeat software written in C? I'm studing
C and starting to consider some code contributions.
