[Linux-HA] CIB.XML Error

I found the link you sent me and I've been reading it since last wednesday
but just can't figure out how to use the xml tags.

Reading the DTD (
http://wiki.linux-ha.org/v2/dtd1.0?action=show&redirect=ClusterResourceManager%2FDTD1.0)
also doesn't help me and looks like something from another world.

What am I missing here? Any XML lessons I should take? I have familiarity
with PHP,XHTML 1.1, CSS and that's why I think I'm capable of editing and
maitaining the cib file but I just can't understant it.

Should I use de <nvpair> directive to give every value for heartbeat?
