[Linux-HA] Problems with Year 2007?

Hi all,

starting with 2007 there is a problem with using any heartbeat2-tool, 
which uses "iso8601.c".

example:
# crm_verify -LV

heartbeat's version running is 2.0.7

any suggestions? need more info/details?
