[Linux-HA] HeartBeat-1.2.5:One node stop, the other node start shell script of resource twice!

Hello,everyone
Who can tell me why?
I use command "/etc/init.d/heartbeat stop" to stop a heartbeat service of
one node, but the other node start the shell script of my resource(zmssd)
twice.
But, if I turn off the power of the first node, the second node start the
shell script of my resource(zmssd) only once.

Or, which reason can cause that? Is it a bug?
