I had to give you little bit more details, sorry. mgmtd is a kind of
required module for Heartbeat v2. It's enabled by default when you put
"crm on" in your ha.cf. "respawn mgmtd" and "aipauth mgmtd" are used
with "crm manual". In your case "crm on" and those 2 records Heartbeat
tries to start a second version of mgmtd which fails. So comment them
out.
