and because the _initial_ version will come out at over a hundred
pages we've already discussed the possibility of releasing it in paper
form at some point in the future (depending on demand) - much easier
to mark pages with torn bits of paper that way :-)
so there is finally light at the end of the "man, this documentation
sucks" tunnel!
