This was essentially what I was doing. I meant upgrading a working version2
system to CRM control. The resource was set in the cib.xml as primitive,
I'll try it with drbd c.f. drbddisk thanks.

The cib.xml looks as though it's intact, I suspect that it may be the sig file
as the GUI just comes up practically blank,missing all the previous
resources.

Thanks for the offer, I'd be happy enough to figure it out, but I'm getting
too close to deployment time now!
