[Linux-HA] remote heartbeat gui

The gui tool is a client server application.
The way I handled this was installing heartbeat on a system with an xserver
in our office. Then I create a tunnel to one of my nodes in our datacenter.
Then i vnc into the office xserver open up the tunnel and tell the gui tool
to look at localhost
