[Linux-HA] Constraint Listing / RestartAfterSuccessfulRecovery constraint?

If you put the B and A in a reosurce group and you define primitive B 
(Database) before primitive A (Application) you get the desired 
functionality. 

Naturally you have to specifify that B is restarted after a failiure.

Check the archive for "Resource Agent script passing info back to Heartbeat 
question.". There I explained how you configure a resource restart instead of 
a failover to the other node.
