[Linux-HA] Element crm_config content does not follow the DTD - help with error

I understand, I just had gotten lazy with heartbeat doing it for me :)
But at least with heartbeat forcing me to add the ID's they are all
now kind of meaningfull instead of a string of computer gibberish.

Although I should point out the example on the web page are a bit out
of date with some of the minor changes that have occured.
