Implementing cib signatures should force anyone to consider using
cibadmin. It is maybe more annoing however as you said more safe.
And watching hb_gui at the same time can explain how cluster really
works. But... I think I've tried to make cib.xml from scratch using vim
and 2.0.7 cluster started fine.
