[Linux-HA] confusion of 'autojoin any' and 'ucast' directives

My understanding was that 'autojoin any' would cause the new node
to broadcast messages with the authkey, which would be passively
detected by the rest of the cluster.  Of course, I may be wrong.  :)

My interest in autojoin was to avoid the 'node' directives from
being different than what was in the hostscache file.

I think that if I _don't_ use autojoin at all then the nodes list
should agree with the hostscache file.

That being the case, I could manually maintain the ha.cf files
across the cluster, and have the heartbeat instances perform a
reload whenever I need to add/remove a load.
