[Linux-HA] Can't get my resource group to run

Alright, I got it running.    (I'm sending the following mostly for  
the benefits of the list archives and of course to get corrected if I  
got anything wrong).

After fixing the configuration I clicked on "work as default" on each  
resource and then on "start resource" on the group.   It seems like  
it wouldn't even try to start if any of the individual resources had  
been marked to be started?    (The GUI doesn't make any of this  
obvious :-) )

At some point I got it "stuck" and it wouldn't start again.   
crm_verify -V -L hinted that some resources needed to be "cleaned  
up".  After doing that it started working again.  (It'd be nice if  
the GUI and/or the logs could have told me that too... :-) )

Anyway, I have it working nicely now (including having the exported  
NFS system mounted on each of the two nodes).   The failover time on  
manual failover is about 10 seconds; I suspect I need to tweak my NFS  
settings to make that faster.
