[Linux-HA] write quorum failed

Sounds like your cluster doesn't have quorum. The gui won't make any
changes unless both HA servers are online and have established a
quorum between each other. The gui will tell you when you have quorum
up at the top I believe.
As to WHY your servers don't have quorum I don't know. Try stopping
then starting up both and see if the logs have any startup errors.
