[Linux-HA] operation: on_fail="nothing' is not supported? :CRM-Stable-4a0d4e40eeb0

Trying to working out how to do some maintenacne work on a single resource without all resources stopping!

Tried setting on_fail="nothing" but this invalidates the DTD; it is listed in the /usr/lib/heartbeat/crm.dtd document.  See below...
