[Linux-HA] Single standby for three Service boxes

I've been reading the Heartbeat v2 docs for a coulple days now but
can't seem to find what I need.

I need to setup heartbeat in such a way that I have one box that acts
as a standby for three other boxes that provide specific services.
When any of these three boxes fail, I need the standby box to takeover
the IP and the Service of the failed box.

If someone could point me in the right direction I'd really appreciate
it. I understand everything I've read in the docs, I'm just not sure
which pieces I need to put in place to achieve this setup. I have only
run 2-node clusters in the past.
