[Linux-HA] Re-read haresources?

Sorry, that is confusing. If I add a resource and start it manually,
then it will run but heartbeat will not fail it over until after it has
been restarted. Is that correct?

I've tried looking into the crm stuff, but I haven't figured out where
the trail starts. The information on the Linux-HA site seems to start
somewhere in the middle.
