[Linux-HA] Re-read haresources?

Hi,

When you change haresources, does heartbeat load the changes dynamically
(like ldirectord), or does it have to be restarted? 

In our ASP environment, we have one instance of MySQL on the server for
each customer. When we add  a new customer, we create a new instance of
MySQL and a new mysql resource in haresources. Do I have to restart
heartbeat for this to take effect?
