[Linux-HA] crm, pingd, bond - cause with migrate resources

Hi,

in advance I' should apologize  for  long time  without  response.  I 
can't do any tests because heartbeat running in production environment.
Now I can try it. I have to say that after remove the lines in the node
section already pingd works according as I wanted.
