[Linux-HA] pingd for webservers

HAers -

Anyone care to speculate why you would or wouldn't want to utilize 'pingd' 
for a pair of active-active web servers in a v2 configuration?

My thought is that if one server were somehow disconnected from the 'net, 
you'd surely like for it to failover to the other.  But if both appear to 
be disconnected, there's no point in failing-over at all.

How to code all that?  I'm an utter 'pingd' novice, just experimenting 
with it now.  'Rather daunting.
