[Linux-HA] nfs failback: 15 minutes (!)

I have often thought that the linux-ha logs showed nothing useful, but
sometimes they did to somebody very familiar with the code.  It would still
be worth posting a full report because the information you've posted so
far is much too vague for someone to help you.
