[Linux-HA] Managing resource where it is run.

Greetings:

I have two nodes, node A and node B running a resource
group R. Node A is the active node and node B is the
standby node.

Initially resource R runs on node A. Then node A fails
so resource R migrates over to node B. Resource R
continues running on node B.

Then Heartbeat is stopped on node A and node A is taken
offline for investigation/repair.

Node A is fixed and it is restarted with Heartbeat and
the original cib.xml configuration. When node A becomes
operational, we see resource R migrates immediately
from node B back to node A.

But we want resource R to stay where it is at on node B
even though node A comes back online. We just want node A
to become the standby for node B.

What needs to be configured in the cib.xml file to make
this happen?

Thanks!

Peter.
