[Linux-HA] Pingd, Failover and DC

|what were you expecting to happen?

I was expecting the IPaddr2 resources to move to the other host. I was
surprised to see that the behaviour of the software was not symetric but
if this is related to an identified bug, I'll simply have to wait for
the new version.
