[Linux-HA] heartbeat + IPaddr Resource is stopped

hi,

I have a 2 node HA test setup in which i have the following configuration :
O.S : CentOS 4.4 x86_64
drbd : kernel-module-drbd-2.6.9-42.EL-0.7.21-1.c4 & drbd-0.7.21-1.c4
heartbeat : heartbeat-2.0.7-1.c4
2 NICs : 
on node1 eth0=10.1.1.46, eth1=172.16.1.155
on node2 eth0=10.1.1.56, eth1=172.16.1.56
1 Serial-Port-Cable and 1 RJ45 Cross-Over-Cable(connected to both nodes on eth0) is connecting both the nodes

All the above was installed from the official rpms from CentOS releases.
I have configured the drbd successfully and it is running properly
When I try to do the sanity check as : sh /usr/lib64/heartbeat/BasicSanityCheck , I get the following output :

If any one wants the complete log I can attach the same.

Please guide me howto resolve this IPaddr Resource is stopped issue
