[Linux-HA] Looking for HA on RedHat EL 3

Sorry if this question have been already posted many times.
I'd like to use some HA on two RedHat EL 3 boxes :

Ip take over
HTTP service
Mount device resources and export this file system with NFS protocl

This last point should be done on the "spare" serveur"

Is there some RPM packages that I could install on these distribution ?
