[Linux-HA] Pingd, Failover and DC

Hi there,

I'd like to submit my weird issue to you for some advices.

I've played a bit with the setup if heartbeat v2.0.7 and I finally got
to a solution that is close to fitting the requirements of my project.
My next tasks will be to create an OCF ressource that will check the
availability of some specific web pages but that's another story.

I'm currently facing a weird situation, here is my design :
	- 2 hosts with 1 IPaddr2 resource each
	- 2 pingd ressources monitoring 2 groups of routers.

One of the ping IP address is a loopback address present on each of my
cluster hosts. I'm mimicking a network outage by manually removing the
monitored IP address from one host or another.

When I remove the IP address from the host that is not the DC, the
IPaddr2 resources are correctly moving to the other host.
When I remove the IP address from the DC host, the DC host is losing the
status of the non DC host.

I don't know if this issue is related to my testing plan or to my
config.

I have attached my cibadmin -Q and the output of crm_mon before and
after the failover issue.
