[Linux-HA] Supported APC devices for STONITH

Most of the APC devices listed in the plugin code is discontinued by
APC, though looking at
http://www.networkupstools.org/compat/stable.html, lists some UPS
that will work with the apcsmart driver.
For me, I'm gonna stick with the AP7920 since I can access it via a
network interface instead of serial, cos my nodes may be spread out in
different buildings.
