[Linux-HA] Using dhcp

If you have permenant leaseing on the IPs maybe. But I would really
advise against using dhcp since it might have some unintended results.
I'm sure its possible to do heartbeat with dhcp, but I think it might
be alot more difficult than just assigning the servers IP's manually.
