No, not as far as I know. But you can block it on the firewall and
see what happens.

Let me see... you could also use port 1694... who knows, perhaps
that one will flood less. Or alternatively, if your security
people are really stressed out, you can devise alternative
communication methods (flags, pigeons, drums). If you do, please
let us know how did you fare.
